Here's the video of my latest mishap. The property manager asked me to put a list together of my losses, so that's a good sign. Right? Just tell me it is. Please.

Absolutely a good sign. Should be a list for the insurance company. I'm dealing with the replacement of wood and carpet now from my mishap that was the same day as yours. The sky is falling! The sky is falling!
Just don't leave out a lovely handbag or a precious pair of shoes on that list, now.
